Day 1 Prague

Today Bob arrived. Nothing happend until Bob arrived (which was about 3 hours late).


Once Bob arrived, we went looking for a non-touristy restaraunt. We weren't too successful because there are lots of tourist restaraunts. We found a nice restaraunt in the old town square and settled in for some authentic czech cuisine. Although, apparently, the authentic food was out because of all the tourists, the only thing that was left was the more expensive, non czech food. It basically we got some potatoes and meat. We did have two large Pilsner Urquels, so that was good.

We found fantastic beer garden after dinner where people weren't speaking english. However, I don't think that they were speaking czech either. So, I am sure it was touristy. I've heard that Prague is cheap. We haven't really found that yet.

Big learning from the first night is: there are alot of tourists in prague.
